XIO2001: About XIO2001 Application Question

Dear Sir,

currently our customer use XIO2001 application four PCI slot. but have some question need you help.
sometime test XIO2001 occur device unknow for RTL8139C LAN card or show below message when boot up.

1. May I know platform Skylake-U need to upgrade F/W for XIO2001?
2. May I know XIO2001 need to setting for BIOS?

Hello,
The XIO2001 does not require any firmware or special driver, it works under the standard PCI-to-PCI bridge driver which is already contained in all the windows and linux OS's

Does the issue happens with different PCI cards?
Can you share the schematic for review?
