My customer asked me about some pin processing of SN65DP159RGZ when I2C_EN pin is High.
1pin ：SAWP/POL
20pin：PRE_SEL
36pin：TX_TERM_CTL
40pin：SLEW_CTL
I can find the Explanation of pin states when I2C_EN is Low,
but I didn't know it when I2C_EN is high.
