CML to LVDS at -55C temp range

My customer needs a device that can take a signal from CML to LVDS levels that operates at -55C. I've looked through the portfolio and don't see anything but want to double check; do we have anything that could help? The customer isn't concerned about high temps and plans to operate at around 200mbps. Preference would be a dual with an equalizer and pre emphasis, but neither of those are strict requirements.

Can you recommend a device? Alternately, is there any way to use an LVDS buffer with inputs that are referenced to translate CML into LVDS?

Hello Alec,
You could use a CML -> LVTTL -> LVDS . Please see the SN65LVDS348 or the SN65EPT23 both with a -40 Celsius operating temp.

Hi Alec,

I would also look at devices like the DS10BR150 (single channel) or DS10CP154A (quad channel).

The devices are only spec'd down to -40C, self heating should keep the internal temp higher than the -55C ambient.

It is probably out of customers price range, but we have an SN55LVCP22-SP that is rated from -55 to 125c for the space market.
