Please advise me on questions bellow.
Q1. Do the bit [4:3] in address 0x0B reflect the status of the on-chip termination resister
or store the value written to them?
Q2. What kind of priority logic can be utilized to control the on-chip-termination between
TX_TERM_CTL pin and Value of bit[4:3] in address 0x0B.
I use TMDS181 configuring “I2C_EN/PIN pin = High (I2C mode) and TX_TERM_CTL = Float
(Auto select termination). The device seemed to be On and Off corresponding input data rate.
However, when I read bit [4:3] in address 0x0B, they are always “00”.
Please let me confirm that if these bits do not reflect the status of on-chip termination and report
Always “00” as long as they are not changed from the default value.
