Can you help me to confirm whether any of pull-up and/or pull-down resistors are equipped inside of TPS2549-Q1?
I can't see any descriptions on the datasheet, but let me ask for double check.

There are no internal pullup or pulldown resistors on CTL1,2,3 or EN. You must apply pullup or pulldown externally.
