DP83848K: About monitoring PHY Status Register without Extended Register

Part Number: DP83848K

Customer want to monitor equality PHY status register without extended register, because they want to reduce the register range for reading.

I think that Address: 00h~07h can monitor PHY status instead of Address: 10h, is it correct?

If different, or have any other idea, please let me know.
