TPS65982: Can i only use PP_HV to source 5V PDO and disable PP_5V path?

When disabling PP_5V0 are you using the system configuration register 0x28 (seen in the screenshot below)?

Yes, I just disable the PP_5V0 path as you mentioned. It is not related to HW, would you please help to confirm with firmware team？

I see, FW team confirms this is possible. are you using the latest config tool version 2.15? also are you using a fixed or variable DC/DC for the 5V.

The screenshot below shows the source capabilities PDO for a fixed 5V supply.

Any progress with issue? I looked at .sch and saw that 5V_PD is connected to PP_5V0, if you want a 5V contract on VBUS via PP_HV (with PP_5V0 being disabled) you will need to connect 5V_PD to PP_HV and have its own EN as well. Please let me know how I can further assist.
