DS90LV110T: Enquire on Process technologies and ESD rating

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to find out more information regarding SY89828L.
1) what is the process technologies, eg. SOI BICMOS process technologies
2) under the ESD section, I come across HBM rating was given, there is another rating: (EIAJ, 0Ω, 200pF) - > 250 V, does this rating belong to CDM

    Nick,

    The DS90LV110T uses a regular CMOS process. 

    The EIAJ 0 Ohm 200pF is from an older specification of "Machine Model" ESD testing.  This type of testing was thought of as a "worst case" HBM result.  Since the time of the product introduction, ESD testing is now focused on the HBM performance.  The "Machine Model" is seen as redundant and only the HBM is tested.
