What is the maximum allowable junction temperature for this device? The data sheet does not show it. The internal thermal shutdown limit of 165C suggests the maximum might be 150C?

    Yes, the absolute maximum junction temperature would be 150 C. The maximum storage temperature should be listed as 150 C also - this is a typo in the datasheet. Note that the electrical performance of the part was characterized up 85 C ambient.
