TS3USB221E: Does D+/D- connect 1D+/1D- or "D+/2D- when Vcc is less than 2.3V?

Hi Team,

Does internal switchs (D+/D- to 1D+/1D-, D+/D- to 2D+/2D-) disconnect when Vcc is less than 2.3V?
I believe it is not always true but would like to confirm just in case.

The assumption is correct, this is because the switch must be polarised in order to work properly.
