LM3525: which one is better TPS2051BD or LM3525 for OTG support

Hi,

Both TPS2051BD or LM3525 have similar features wrt current and fault detection.

The only difference is the type of MOSFET used.For TPS2051BD, it is N-channel and for LM3525, it is P-channel.

So which one of the above will be better suited as USB switch with OTG support.
