we would like to use this device on our new design. What is the minimum frequency we can pass thru this component.

Hi Irwin,

The minimum frequency is close to DC. The limitation is the requirement to have the inputs and outputs AC coupled. The inputs have integrated AC capacitors.

I would not recommend this product for PCIe applications. The receiver is not directly terminated to GND which is a requirement for PCIe receiver detection.
