BQ24392: Not working in Dedicated Charging Port

Sir/Madam,

I used part number BQ24392 dual SPST USB 2.0 high speed switch for switching as a device type dedicated charging port (DCP) where DM_CON and DP_CON are shorted to work as charge with full current mode but while testing the BQ24392 by connecting Tablet it is found that it is in slow charing mode with 410ma but the tablet requires 800ma to work in a full current mode.

I have other doubt from Datasheet of BQ24392 to make the device to be operated in charging downstream portDP_CON to be pulled down through R to GND and DM_CON connect to VDM_SRC what do mean by VDM_SRC and how much is its voltage.

Please solve the issue as early as possible.

Thanks for sending schematic, can you please clarify resistor values for R5, R7, R8, R13, R14, R28, R29 marked R?

Please also see Table 1 (Detection Table) in the datasheet for the status of outputs CHG_DET, SW_OPEN and CHG_AL_N. For more information on the use of the GPIO of BQ24392 please refer to section 8.1.1.
Have you measured the status when plugging in the charger in USB connector J2 to check the detection status?
