[ TPS2549 / TPS2549-Q1 ] Configured Mode Confirmation from CPU

Hi,

My customer is going to use TPS2549-Q1 with CDP mode (111) in conjunction with their CPU which has USB interface.
Is there any ways CPU to make sure TPS2549-Q1 is configured correctly (in this case, CDP)?

As far as I check the datasheet, there are no registers nor pins to do so.
It's appreciated, if you can double check.
