TCAN1042-Q1: Diagnostic features for short to Vbat, GND, and open wire

Hi Team,

I am trying to understand a couple items..

1. Can the TCAN1042-Q1 diagnose a short to Vbat, GND, and open wire?

2. If yes, does the device log any of these fault conditions in if one of these events occurs?
