Hi Team,

Customer can pass the eye certification, but can’t internet connection is failed when the PoE is from the following.

                  DLINK       DGS-1210-10P

                  Netgear   GS608

    Hello SHH,

    We would need more information about the problem.
    1. Can we get schematics?
    2. Is the PHY getting power?
    3. How do they check if Link is up? LED indication or register read?
    4. Did they try with other switches?
    5. How many DP83848K devices did they try with?
