My customer is using HD3SS3220 in their wireless AP design.
They found they can only detect SS with USB dongle in one side. In the other side, they can only detect high speed.
DIR pin keep always high and doesn't change when they flip usb dongle.
I suggested them to change DIR PU resistor from 200k to 4.75k , but it doesn't work.
Please help to double check their schematics and see if any solution.
