TPS65983B: TPS65983B: PP_HV is limited to disable

Hi TI,

We found the PP_HV can not configurable in FW. it will cause PDOx through PP_HV as Power Source.

TPS65983b Application Customizer 2_17 -> TPS65983b_Thunderbolt_DRP_Source_Full_2_17.tpl -> Shared Device Settings -> System Configuration -> PP_HV Configuration -> PP_HV not used (disabled)

PP_HV configuration can select output but if you save *.pjt and load back to app. You will see FW set to "PP_HV not used (disabled)".

Also check PDOx on our MB, the PDOx can not output 9V, 15V.
