I have an application where I have a digi cam which supports USB OTG. My requirement is to use a USB MIC with the digi cam while charging it over USB. On doing a bit of searching, I came across USB Accessory Charging Adapter(ACA) mentioned in USB Batter Spec 1.2 which allows the host in a USB OTG connection to be charged. I'm searching for a chip to implement a hardware which will allow me to do the same. Is TUSB1211 capable of doing this? I think TUSB1211 is far more capable than just implement this feature. Is there any simple chip dedicated for such an application.
