Rx_CTRL(Autoneg Disable) is measured 749 mv. It's mode is 3. So Autneg disable is 0. However, when i read 0x0031 register, I read 0001,0000,1011,0000. I would like to use sgmii interface so I change bit[7] of register 0x31 to 0 and i restart auto-negotiation by writing value 0x1200 to register 0x0.
First question is that Rx_CTRL is strapped in mode3, why is register 0x0031 read "0001,0000,1011,0000"?
Second question is that Do you any extra steps to activate sgmii interface ? ( sgmii autonegotiation is set to '1' using strap pin)
