Sorry to bother.

One question of SN65DP159 need your help.

Datasheet recommend, customer add pull high resister at output pin ( please refer below picture)

If pull high resister connect to 3.3V and receiver device(DP sink)  input signal maximum rating only 1.2V. is it ok?

    Hi,

    This diagram is no in the datahseet, is in the DP159 as DisplayPort retimer application note.
    This approach has 50 ohm pull-ups to 3.3V to complete the DP159's outputs circuit, then capacitors are needed to remove the DC component.
    Finally the DP sink will have bias resistors to set the proper bias voltage.
