TS5USBA224: Port disconnect... not so obvious

Part Number: TS5USBA224

Champs,

The TS5USB224 datasheet has me confused; hoping you can clear it up.  The 'features' bullets and block diagram show the function as a DPDT switch; but the truth table lists 8 states- inclusing an OFF state; which one could interpret to mean Hi-Z in som much asthe stated OFF attenuation is over -83dB.  So the question is; with reference to said truth table on page 3 of the device datasheet; in the first two rows; L, R and D+/D- are listed as 'OFF'- does that mean/imply they are tri-stated and additionally have no connection to input side of the switch?  Such operation seems to imply its really a triple throw switch; but would like to understand how this part truly works.
