In AM26LV32E datasheet , internal terminated fail safe feature is provided, does is means it also comes with Rt- termination resistor or external termination is required?

Hi Balaji,

No, this device does not implement termination resistance internally, and so it must still be provided externally. It implements internal failsafe biasing via weak pull-up and pull-down resistors at the A and B input pins (see Section 8.2 of the datasheet for the equivalent circuit).
