Hi Team,

My customer considers to replace a competitor device to ULN2803A.
I was asked if there is "Duty Cycle(%) - Output Current(mA) under 8 channel is all on" graph.

Do you have the data?

As of right now, we do not have this curve. Do you have the amount of current the customer would like to put through each channel?

I heard he wants to put through 400mA per channel.

Hi Yaita,

The total maximum current for the device is 2.5A. If all eight outputs are powering 400mA loads, then this would be a total current of 3.2A, and the device cannot support this.
