Would you mind if we ask TCA9517A
<Question>
The data sheet P12 shows "VCCA < VCCB".
If the condtion is VCCA = VCCB, it can not transmit the data between SCLA(or SDAA) and SCLB(or SDAB)?
And then, is it possible to use the condition VCCA = VCCB?
Or, should we use TCA4311A in case of VCCA = VCCB?
