The LED connected to PWM1 for SW Heartbeat is solid on instead of blinking.

What could cause this?

Hello Joel,

Could you please vitrify if you have a firmware burned on it? if you the firmware is not present you will se a Boot loader instance on te device manager.

No it does not have firmware, just the bootloader.
When I try to program the firmware it fails.

Could you please send the error message that you are getting during the burn process? is this failing in our Evaluation board or its on your design?

It is on our design. Most boards work but some do not.
I don't see an error message. I am using TUSB926x Flash Burner.
It just says Failed at the bottom of the window.
