DS90UB933-Q1: Replacement by faster SER & DES: DS90UB913 by DS90UB933 and DS90UB914 by DS90UB934

The 933 is a drop-in replacement to the 913A, so it is pin compatible. It has a higher max PCLK in 12-bit HF mode (100MHz vs. 75MHz in the 913A). It also uses slightly more power because of the higher frequencies.

The 934 is a different architecture than the 914A, so while it is functionally similar it is not pin compatible. Some of the power pins on the 914A become decoupling pins for the internal regulator on the 934. The register map is also completely different. The 934 supports the same higher PCLK as the 933, and can also tolerate a bit more loss in the channel (3dB more insertion loss at max frequency). The 934 has higher power consumption than the 914A.
