TPS2546: Mouse wake up fail

Hi,

My customer configure CTL pins as below during AC S3 mode (system in S3 mode with AC adapter connected), but fails for mouse/keyboard wake up. 

    CLT1:0V

    CLT2:3.3V

    CTL3:3.3V

 Meanwhile they can do it succesfully when system is in DC S3 mode ( S3 mode with AC adapter not present).  What should we as a next step to check why it fails for AC S3 mode?
