TUSB8020B: Internal trace/wirebon length mismatch on TUSB8020B

Hi there,

Could you let me know if I need to take into account the internal trace/wirebond length mismatch for the TUSB8020B when I correct my PCB trace length mismatch?

I saw some application notes for other components that provide the information of the internal mismatch which not included in their datasheets.

Hello,

Yes, you have to take the internal bondwire mismatch in your length calculations.

I've just realized the datasheet does not says anything about bondwire mismatch, let me ask to the designer and I'll come back here soon.

I've got confirmation, there is not any internal bondwire mismatch in this device.
