Our customer check a signal integrity using their original board.

Is it possible to measure a signal without AC coupling like a attach file?

Does the probe need bias voltage?

Hi Aoyama-san,

You can measure signal integrity after decoupling caps (CA and CB). There is no need to add capacitor at the probe. Probe doesn't need bias voltage.
