Please let me know about I2C Bus operation for Vcc:0V, which is correct for below thinking?
（I2C bus is turn on, Vcc is 0V）
①The other I2C Bus are supply normal voltage.
②Bus power is sink to GND, and I2C Bus Line are bad effect (do not move, etc).
