I am trying to use a DP83822 on a new board. When it starts up it appears to begin auto-negotiation with the switch on the other end of the line. The lights blink a few times and I can see the communication on a scope. However after the negotiation completes the DP83822 appears to reset. This does not happen on the EVM board but on my board with seemingly the same connections it happens every time. Is there any connection or missed connection that can cause the DP83822 to reset on connection?
