TUSB3410: how to control GPIO interface

Part Number: TUSB3410

Hi Sir

we would like to use TUSB3410 which will be connected with TI processoe via USB port.

As we know, TI linux driver has supported TUSB3410 device.

If we would like to control the GPIO interface of TUSB3410 , does TI have any sample code or document ?

BTW, we cannot find the 8051 sample code of TUSB3410. Will TI release code ?

thanks for reply.

  • Hello,

Yes, The TUSB3410 Linux driver is included since kernel 2.6

Current firmware has no defined interface to be able to manipulate the GPIOs; so if needed, you would need to customise the firmware according to your needs.

The firmware source is only distributed under certain conditions. I am contacting you over email to further discuss this.

    Regards,

    Roberto
