Dear Team,

My customer has a design in which the FPGA and the high speed ADC might be located physically far from each other, probably even on different boards.

Can we suggest any repeater/retimer to support our high speed JESD204B ADC/DACs up to 3 or 6GSPS for each lane ?

Nir,

For the 6 Gbps rate I would suggest using the DS100BR410 for a 4-channel implementation. We also have the DS100BR210/111 for 2 channel designs and devices like the DS125BR800 with 8 channels.

Generally a retimer would not be needed. The repeaters suggested will provide a slight advantage in latency at the 6 Gbps rate.
