Thank you for your support always.
We are using TUSB211IRWBRQ1 Signal Conditioner IC in our design , but this does not give out 1.8V at VREG Pin # 11, in High Speed Mode(special High speed program running on Host)
When we check the Eyepatterns , the Eyepattern remains the same in both PCBs i.e.with TUSB211IRWBRQ1 mounted in the PCB#1 and also the PCB#2 which does not have TUSB211IRWBRQ1.
Note that , the ports 1-8 and 2-7 are already shorted as per the datasheet requirement.
The result of Eyepattern check is always fails.
Please confirm:
1.How to check this gauranteed operation of the device TUSB211IRWBRQ1 in the PCB.
2.How to fix the issue with VREG volatge level , it is always zero in our case , inspite of VCC =3.3V.
