Hi Sakai-san,
Sorry for miss your question, the device internal EN is actived pull up a resistor to High voltage . If you connect this pin to ground the device will disable .

I'm sorry, I really wanted to know about TPS2065"D".

According to the data sheet of TPS2065D, it is written in the section 「8.3.2 Enable」

"The enable should not be left open, and may be tied to VIN or GND depending on the device".

And I think that the device does not have an internal pull-up and pull-down resistor,is it correct?

Hi Sakai-San,
I need to double check with our designer. For general cosideration the EN pin is more senstive, we can't let this pin floating at any case .

Hi Sakai-san,

Just confirmed with our designer , the internal EN pin haven't any resistor pull up and pull down internal . It is sensitive pin, so don't let it floating anytime .
