I would like to know the exact meaning of "Shutdown moad".

Could it be bypass mode when TUSB522P enter into there?

Does it mean that turn-off EQ and DE whatever any input signal?

Hello Jason,

It means that the chip is off and all its functions are disabled, there is no bypass in this mode.
