TPS65982-EVM: Error Message When Setting Up I2C Connection To TPS65982 EVM Using An Aardvark

Hi all,

This week I tried setting up the TPS65982 EVM board with an Aardvark adapter. I double checked the wiring from the ribbon cable of the Aardvark to the EVM board and everything seems to be in place. Then when I used the TPS65982 utilities GUI to configure the board, I received the error message that is attached to this post. If anyone could help me debug this or have any suggestions on what I should do next that would be great. Me and my team went into the source code files,but we aren't familiar with the functions and methods used.

    Hi Danny,

    Apologies for the delayed response. Can you send me the settings you have in the Configuration tab? They should be set like in the image below:

    I highlighted the settings that are changed from the default settings. Also, please ensure to click "Save Settings as Default" after changing them. After saving these settings, it is good to click on the I2C Scanner to ensure the address is set to 0x38 correctly.
