TMDS181: About behavior at SWAP/POL = Low

Hi Team,

We would like to know the behavior at SWAP/POL=Low.

I understand that the each signal paths are as follows so if SWAP/POL=Low, TMDS181 don’t swap polarity(P and N).

Is my understanding correct?

[For example]

-From IN_D2p(2pin) to OUT_CLKp(26pin)

-From IN_D2n(3pin) to OUT_CLKn(25pin)

Hi Hideto,

You are right, setting SWAP=L will swap lanes and keep the polarity.
Swapping the polarity only works in retimer mode and requires further configuration by I2C.
