Hi Team,

My customer is  designing monitor application. The USB PD v3.0 had included the Battery Charger solution As below pictures.

1. Which feature that TPS6598X can support USB PD v3.0??

2. What is QC4.0?

3. What are the SCP and FCP?

4. What  are the PE3.0 and PE2.0?

5. What is the VOOC?

    Hi SSH,

    1. 1Q 2018 we will be releasing our PD3.0 offering.
    2-4. QC4.0, SCP, FCP, PE3.0, PE2.0, and VOOC are all proprietary fast charge methods for USB Type-A (None of these are supported in USB Type-C)


    PPS is the intended replacements for these fast charge methods for USB Type-C.
