My customer would like to know where they should edit and what they need to put there for correct billboarding on FW.
Could you list up points which are corresponding to billboard class in App config tool?
And Could you tell me what information they should put in the points?

Hello Onawa-san,
There should be a "String Table" section on the main page of the App Config Tool under the Firmware Base Image and Device Initialization Chain sections.
Billboarding is used to put in information about the Device Name, Serial Number, Manufacturer, and any help for the user when plugged into a laptop (as an example, if there are compatibility issues). This information is all application dependent.
An example from our template using App Config Version 2.15 is shown below.
