[ TPS2549-Q1 ] Short Glitch on Data Line

Hi,

I have tested the TPS2549-Q1 EVM and found short glitch/pulse on D+ line when the EVM is attached/unattached to the PC.

Also, I have tried several different situations with my iPhone and USB Flash drive. The result shows that the glitch is slightly different on each USB load (i,e. Open, iPhone or USB Flash Drive).

Can you help me to figure out why this happen?

Hi Kenichiro,

Do you mean there will be a pulse on D+ line the moment TPS2546EVM attached and unattached to PC ?

have you do such test like power on TPS2549EVM with an external power supply while TPS2549EVM unattached to PC ?

Hi Yongqiang,

Yes, short pulse can be seen on D+ during attaching EVM to PC.
I also tested with DC power supply. We can discuss more on the mail.
