Hi
I am getting following message when I run ALP.
"The connected <Unknown device> has a firmware version (0.0.0.0) that is not supported by this software.
A firmware version of 2.5.0.0 (or later) is REQUIRED by this software. An appropriate firmware file was not found, so the firmware cannot be updated.
Please contact TI to obtain the required firmware file."
I tried resetting USB2ANY but still getting same error message.
Any help is much appreciated.
