TUSB211-Q1: TUSB211RPTR Evaluation Module Eye test

Seems that there is also DC loss, the TUSB211 only compensates the slew rate by injecting current to the HS signal, also I would like to know the test condition (cable length before and after the EVM), as well as the configuration you used. I will provide more information regarding the TUSB212/213 by tomorrow.

(1)The testing signal is HS signal.

(2)Cable length before and after the EVM:

3meter before EVM and 3meter after EVM

(3)as well as the configuration you used:

EVM is default configuration; that is RSTN-NC,CD-LED,EQ-LEVEL3,ENA_HS-LED

(4)EVM Power supply:

5V power adapter.

The following is the LEVEL1 test result, the same as LEVEL3. We not test LEVEL2, we can test again if necessary.
The ENA_HS LED Flashes and then die out,You can think LED is not bright during transmission.

Hello Zehao,

It may be a connection problem, please verify that the device is actually connecting at HS (you can use the USB tree view tool for this). The ENA_HS LED must be on at any time a HS connection has been established. Also, try the EQ level-2 because the cable is way long and please make sure that VBUS is in a valid range at the device. THis may be causing errors as well.

What is the USB tree view tool? Is it a hardware tool or a software tool? And where can i download if it is a software tool? I found only "USB Device Tree Viewer" from google.
