Sorry to bother you.
We use TUSB3410.
Our OS (Win 7) usually (95%) couldn't detect this device.
There only 5% chance could detect device, but it's will show no driver.
We found there doesn't trigger crystal ( or crystal doesn't work) when OS ) couldn't detect device.
1. Could you help double check our schematic is ok?
2. If OK, How to fix couldn't detect device this issue?
3. How to install driver?
