Pls help me to design a automatic fault isolation for two redandunt circuit

  We will need more information as far as what portion of the design do you want to make "fail-safe"?  Power supply, processor, I?O?  If you could provide a block diagram of the system, and identify where you would like to implement this redundancy, then perhaps we can provide some suggestions.

I want redundancy for I/O and power and processor.
For example do you know how semense s7400h redundance plc work? It is 100% reliable or not?
When a error occure in active subsystem how we can automatic isolate this subsystem and we sure that standby subsystem work without any problem? I see TI have Ioff , p3us, precharg I/O for partial power off system but If these chips will be damage what is the state of I/O ?

Thanks for the additional information.  As a general note, TI does not design complete systems, so I will not be able to provide you with a turn-key solution.  My recommendation is that you design the system, then look for specific areas where you would like to incorporate the redundancy and fail-safe mechanisms.

Is there any chip that clearly specified the status of pins when the chip will be damaged?

We have a couple of designs where we are showcasing how we can do diagnostic.

TIDA-00810, TIDA-00807 can be referred to understand diagnosis.

Some of the ADCs provide indication of Faults (Internal or External).

What functionality are you looking at with fault indication ? Some of the integrated analog devices like ADCs can provide diagnostics
