TPS65986EVM: TPS65986EVM + DP-EXPANSION-EVM

PJT file as below ,we force TPS65986 to 2Lane DP and 2Lane USB (TypeD) 

Due to EVM default setting can't force to 2Lane DP and 2Lane USB ,So I use 3.05 version S/W to modify 

BTW displayport can output normally when I use below PJT

Ok I will first try to get 2 lane working with the recovery FW, then I will take a look at your .pjt.

Are you using a DP monitor as the DP sink?
Are you using a type C laptop to enumerate the USB3 flash drive?

1. Yes!! Dell monitor and TPS65986EVM used for DP sinK (Laptop typeC source to TPS65986EVM sink)
2. Yes!! use Dell latitude and TPS65986EVM source side and Intel TypeC PC source side
All of result are the same
And I use "USB viewer" to check ,only USB2.0 can be detected

Hi Kai,

I was able to start testing today and I am currently unable to get DP to work using default/template. I get DP mode to enter however monitor has no HPD. My team has gotten this test setup to work before so I will update you tommorrow with input from them. Thanks for your patience.

Hi Kai,

Just wanted to let you know I am still working on this issue. I was able to get things to work with a type-C mackbook DP source. Howver it does not work with a type-C Dell DP source. Its possible it could be inconsistency between FW tool versions or drivers within. I will continue to update you asap.

But USB3.1 USB flash drive can't be detect with TPS65986EVM +DP-EXPANSION-EVM
