The WQFN(RTV) footprint document mpqf166b does not show any dimensions for the thermal pad. It simply states "size an shape shown in separate sheet" but I could not find it.
Could you please provide me the information of the thermal pad dimensions.
I would appreciate it if you have a dimensions for a recommended footprint as well. This helps me to adjust the auto generated footprint from Altium Designer.
