I am looking to purchase an eval board which is known to be tested for electrical TX and RX testing operating at 10Gbps. The board needs to support preshoot and de-emphasis which is essentially have support for compliance patterns CP13,CP14 and CP15 and be able to get into loopback mode for RX testing.
If this board does not support that, is there an alternative I can look at?
