DS90UB948-Q1: No SER Connection, will there be waveform observed at CMLOUT

Part Number: DS90UB948-Q1

Dear Team,

After powering up DS98UB948 with 5V and activating CMLOUT through 0x52, 0x56, and 0x57, a ~16.6MHz signal is observed. But there is no SER connected with 948. 

May I know if it is normal behavior of DS90UB948?
